Several years ago, LST workers came to us and said that they loved their overseas experience with the LST strategy because the approach to faith sharing was so natural, conversational, and relational. Their complaint was that LST had no materials designed for them to use with friends and neighbors who might be seeking Jesus–or who might not be–but were native English speakers.
Recognizing a new call, we set out to develop materials that were designed for the post-Christian, post-modern world that we live in today. Drawing upon thirty years of experience, LST developed the Sycamore Series as the answer to this call. Our goal with the series is to provide a tool which will lift people up to see Jesus (as did the Sycamore tree in the gospel story of Zachaeus).
